MPH Inc. is a company born out of passion and necessity. In 1999 the California Energy Commission created a new brand of specialty inspector, the “HERS Rater”. The HERS Rater’s main role is to perform 3rd party Field Verification and Diagnostic Testing to satisfy Title 24, part 6 (California’s Energy Code).
MPH Inc. has been providing these verifications and testing to the construction community before it was ever required by the State and local building departments. Due to our history, we were able to hit the ground running with our clients and the new regulations to ensure a smooth compliance process.
MPH Inc. takes a different path when it comes to the compliance process. We are not the duct cops! We are not here to police your work or to enforce the code. After all of the field work is complete we still have the required compliance document registration. MPHInc. knows and understands the registry where these documents have to be created.
